Easy Booking
With CarVia you can easily book your rental car online in just a few steps. Simply complete the enquiry form or contact us directly by e-mail, telephone or whatsapp. We will process your enquiry immediately and give you a quotation for your individual booking request.

Personal Rental Agent
A personal rental agent will be happy to assist you with the booking and will also be there for you during and after the rental period. You can reach us at any time.

Delivery & collection
We deliver your booked vehicle to any address in Europe. You can also rent the vehicle one-way and return it in another city or country. Our drivers are not only very familiar with our luxury rental cars, they are also trained to provide you with the best service at the handovers. Of course, all our elite drivers are multilingual and speak English fluently.

Rental Car guaranteed
Unlike most other car rental companies we guarantee that you will get the vehicle you have booked. You can also switch the car within your rental period. Talk to us, we are flexible.

Our Rental terms & conditions (excerpt)

The renter and any additional drivers must present a valid driver's license and an identity card or passport when the vehicle is handed over in order to let us verify the identity.

In addition, a valid credit card in the name of the renter must be presented to secure the deposit. A cash deposit is expressly not permitted.

The minimum age for a CarVia rental car varies from car to car. If you are under the age of 25, an additional young driver fee will be charged.

You can book your luxury rental car easily & online with us. Simply fill out the Get a Quote form. We will contact you immediately with a specific offer for your rental inquiry.

Of course you can also contact us by phone or send us a booking request by whatsapp or email. Simply approach us with your request and we will take care of your wishes.

We deliver the vehicle to the address of your choice at the beginning of the rental period. An employee will review the contract with you in detail. The trained staff will then be happy to explain everything about your luxury rental car to you. When all your questions have been answered, you can start driving immediately!

At the end of your rental period we will pick up the car at the address you requested. Our employee checks the vehicle for damages and records the exact mileage and fuel level. Please note: If you are more than one hour late when returning your hire car, we will have to charge you another rental day.

With CarVia you generally have 150 free kilometers included per rental day, regardless of the vehicle model booked.
Please contact us if you are planning to cover longer distances and would like more free kilometers.

If you damage your car during the rental or get involved in an accident, you are obliged to contact us immediately by phone on: +49 (0) 89 954 573 640. If third parties are involved in the accident, you must also inform the local police immediately. We will assist you 24/7.

Yes. The rental car will be handed over to you with a full tank as well. Should you not be able to refuel your car, we will be happy to do so. You will only have to pay a flat fee of 15 EUR in addition to the fuel costs.

Yes. In case we also provide you with a free upgrade, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Yes. You can add additional drivers at a little surcharge so they are allowed to drive the rental car. We always need the original driver's license in order to do so.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your rental start. After that we have to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price. If you do not pick up the vehicle, the entire rental price is due.
